Is it possible to change an order?

If for any reason you would need to change an order, there is a limited time frame within which you can change an order.

You can edit it within the 10 next to your purchase.

This includes changing the selected delivery typology, the delivery address, the payment method or the items purchased.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

If for any reason you would need to cancel an order, keep in mind thatonce you have done, there is a limited 10 range within which you can cancel an order.

2. HAVE YOU ALREADY CANCELLED YOUR ORDER?

When you carry out an order on Belves Shoes, the sum is simply reserved and the actual payment is taken only when the order is submitted to our warehouse. For this reason, if you cancel an order the sum will not be taken, but they may still be required up to 5-10 working days (depending on the timing of your bank or card issuer) for the funds to be accessible again.

 


Information on deliveries

According to your postal code, your purchases will be delivered within2or 4 working daysfrom the time the order is made (weekends and public holidays excluded) and will be sent with a traceable shipping service. You can see the expected delivery date, relative to your postal code, on the checkout page.

We do our best for orders to be delivered by the scheduled dates, but, on rare occasions, there may be delays in deliveries, particularly during some challenging periods (including balances).
