Expeditions to Italy
The standard shipment of 2/5 working days in all of Italy is free of charge.
It is not possible to choose the day and time of delivery.
For all orders made during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the shipment will be made on the first useful working day (Monday).
Your parcel will always be shipped with tracked courier and you will be provided by mail the Track Number at the time of shipment.

Payment on delivery (marking)
In the event that you wish to use the mark as a delivery formula, whether you enjoy a free shipping or payment, you will have to pay a consideration of 4.90 €.
We do our best for orders to be delivered by the scheduled dates, but, on rare occasions, there may be delays in deliveries, particularly during some challenging periods (including balances). Other factors such as postal delays or couriers, logistical problems, adverse weather conditions or the inability of our couriers to access the delivery address may also affect the punctuality of deliveries. We will do what we can to keep you up to date on the delivery and you should still be able to follow the path of your parcel.

By the way, we will always strive to limit these changes as much as possible. Belves Shoes is not responsible for any loss or theft of packages as a result of specific instructions provided by customers to the couriers who are carrying out orders.

The cost of shipping in European countries is € 15.00. For extra EU shipments you can consult the price list below.

Properly paid orders, will be shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.For foreign purposes, the estimate of delivery days could vary according to customs bureaucracies. Payment on delivery (marking) not available outside of Italy.
Taxation
For shipments destined for EU countries subject to VAT / VAT, the same is summed up to the purchase price. Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary. For shipments destined outside the European community, please consult the price list (prices with VAT to be excluded).
Some countries may require taxes or customs duties on imported goods. These taxes are established when the goods enter the buyer's country. Customs charges shall be borne by the purchaser. We recommend that you inform the customs of your country of the exact amount of these duties.
